Abstract

The aim of this paper is to highlight, through the means of a bibliometric analysis, the ways in which the topic of green human resource management and its impact on the financial performance of firms has been tackled by the academic community. As such, the primary objective is to identify the main academic contributors, the most relevant keywords and their co-occurance, as well as what are the most important contributions in terms of articles published. Furthermore, this paper also examines both the emerging and the declining themes of research conducted on GHRM and its relation to financial performance.
